The Norwell Public Library now has an online subscription to the magazine Boston Consumers' Checkbook. This is "a nonprofit magazine and website, free of advertising, free of outside influence, dedicated to helping Boston area consumers find the high-quality, reasonably priced services we all deserve." Topics such as comparing auto insurance, who to call for appliance repair, best prices and quality at supermarkets and top kennels are just some of the topics in the Winter Spring 2009 issue.
