Renewing Materials

1. You can access information about your library account by clicking on "My Account" in the dark blue bar near the top of the page.
2. Click on "Renew My Materials" allows you to renew materials you have checked out.
3. User ID is the barcode on your library card with no spaces and the default PIN is "ocln".
4. You can choose to renew all items checked out or only selected ones.
5. Sometimes items cannot be renewed. They may be a hold on them, which means that another patron has requested the item. Also, the Norwell Public Library does not allow DVDs to be renewed. If you have questions about the renewal of an item, please call (781) 659-2015.
